Who am I?
Welcome to the world of strategic people consulting, where expertise meets excellence, and business needs are at the heart of every decision. My name is Keyur Anjaria and my mission is simple, yet profound: “To empower organisations to thrive by optimising their human capital”. this includes, amongst other things, making evidence-based decisions and monitoring the impacts of those decisions. I have decades of experience across all functions of Human Resources and People Management. My experience in New Zealand spans across public services, health, education and crown entity sectors. I have advised and supported Boards and Chief Executives on complex people matters, developed HR and Health & Safety strategies and operational plans. I have led teams that enhance organisational culture and have monitored performance using easy and measurable indicators.
I am a professional member of NZISM, a member of HRINZ, a certified Lead Auditor on ISO 45001 and hold a license for undertaking investigations from the PSPLA
